Nora

Nora is the latest creation by Miamai’s  creative mind Monica Outlander.

Completely handrawn as usual, it is an elegant gown which mixes sheer fabric and sequins, it has been released today and it comes in 6 brilliant colours, silver, rust, white, purple, green and burgundy.

The version of Nora that I am showing in the pictures here below is a release especially made for Valentine’s day, what makes Nora in red even more special is the price, 200L$, something that can’t be missed!

A passage in time

My 3rd rezday is only a couple of weeks away, and what better occasion than this to dig into my overly organized inventory and accept Sophia Harlow’s challenge?

I wanted to find something from my early noob days, but as I am a neatfreak I threw all the freebie stuff away long ago, so this is what I looked like circa June 2007. At the time I was the manager of some friends’ club, the Korova Milk Bar, which eventually became my own. My first “real” skin was Laura from Rac (now Laqroki), back then these skins were not sold singularly but only in fatpacks, and the fatpacks were SO expensive for me! But my friends Lixy and Nat convinced me to get it. And so I did, and this was my face for a very long time…yes, big eyes and surprised look included!

And this is me now. I no longer wear only black hair like I used to, but black clothing is a constant of my wardrobe, I do not deviate from it very often. My club has now been closed for almost a year and my main activity in SL is modelling. Oh, the surprised look is no longer there, but I am always the same girl

Fighter

Here’s my look for today (and yesterday to be completely honest), I was feeling quite combative and I put on this outfit that is a mix of my favourite things of the moment.

The pictures were taken on location @ Lolmac Shan’s finally reopened sim, Lost World. If you haven’t been there I suggest you should go asap because it is really awesome, Lost World is photographers friendly too as rezzing is open! \o/

LeLutka will soon release what in my humble opinion is the most fashion forward collection ever seen on SL.
It has all the ingredients to make a girl like me happy, lots and lots of black, geometric cuts, inventive accessories, and last but not least definite goth/macabre taste.
It is SO me that I wanted to scream when I first saw it.

Estelle ma belle

Last Saturday LeLutka has released another much awaited skinline, Estelle. The wait was long but it was worth it, Estelle is absolutely gorgeous, the shading is delicate and the three beauty marks, one above the lip and two on the cheek, give the skin an extra charm.

Estelle comes in 5 delicate skintones, Pale, Fair, Light, Sunkissed and Suntan. Each tone has 7 different makeups plus a base skin, except for Light which has 12, it comes with two different eyebrow options and with or without hairbase, cleavage enhancers are available for Estelle as well.  

The makeups are dramatic and trendy, here is a preview:

The weather is now cold, our sim is covered in snow too, I was looking at my avatar wearing almost summery clothes and it made me feel cold…so this is my look for today! It features Miamai’s today new release, the loveliest warm pulli comes in several colours!

Old and New

Lelutka released some fantastic pants this weekend, I really couldn’t resist and this match came almost as a natural choice to me.

I know it’s bad when bloggers write about items that aren’t sold anymore, but in my humble opinion this look was too perfect to go to waste and who knows, it may serve as inspiration anyway!
